Obama Lied, Freedom Died

I think it’s time to turn that time honored phrase against the left. Of course, the difference is that Bush didn’t lie. (I can never get anyone to actually tell me what he lied about, but my leftist friends never let the facts get in the way of a good slogan.) Now it turns out that Joe Wilson wasn’t wrong when he yelled “You Lie” at the anointed one’s big speech before congress. In fact, some enterprising writers named Michael F. Cannon and Ramesh Ponnuru list 20 lies told by the great one during just this one speech. Don’t worry my socialist friends; your “chill running up my leg” media will not expose the chosen one’s lies. So it’s clear Obama lied. Since a massive government takeover of healthcare would take away freedoms, freedom would die.
